Ohm's Law and Power Measurement

With both of the OHM's and POWER circles above, it is  extremely important to be sure to use the correct values  using conversions where necessary. E, which is Electromotive Force ( EMF ), must be in VOLTS.   If a measurement is given as 3.5KV, it must be entered as 3500, not ( 3.5 ).  1KV is 1000 Volts. I, which is Current, must be in AMPS. If a measurement is given as 250 milli-amps, it must be entered as .25 ( decimal 25 ).  1000 milli-amps equals 1 AMP, therefore, 250ma is 1/4 Amp or .25 Ampere. R, which is Resistance, must be in OHMS. If a measurement is given as 2.7K, it must be entered as 2700, not ( 2.7 ).  1K is 1000 OHMS. P, which is Power, must be in WATTS. If a measurement is given as 2KW, it must be entered as 2000, not ( 2 ).  1KW is 1000 WATTS.
